How can I find the right size for me?

To ensure you’ll receive the correct size shirt, follow these steps:

  1. Get a shirt you currently own that fits you well.
  2. Lay it flat on a surface.
  3. Take a measurement from underarm to underarm.
  4. Compare the measurement to the chest size on our size charts.
  5. Please note! We are a bigger make than other brands – so most customers do come down 1 size with us. This excludes the ladies fitted shirts (Elly, Milly, Bella, Lizzie).

How can I access or change my account details?

How do I register for my account?

Click here to register on the Dust N Boots website and choose to sign up to receive our newsletters and save your address to streamline future orders.

Do I need an account?

You don't need an account to place an order - simply checkout as a guest. We do recommend creating an account as you can then save your order and delivery details for the future.

What happens if I forget my password?

Don't worry if you forget your password — you can click here and enter your email address to receive you a new password.

Are my credit or debit card details saved?

No, we don't save any of your payment details which means you will have to enter them each time you place an order.

Is it safe to enter my payment details online?

We take security seriously. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them on our website.

I'm not sure if I’ve successfully completed my order?

When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@dustnboots.com

Can I find out when a product that is currently out of stock comes back in?

Yes, you can email our Customer Service team at sales@dustnboots.com and we will email you as soon as new stock is available.

How do I get one of your catalogues?

If you would like to receive a copy of our Catalogue please send an email to sales@dustnboots.com with your current address or message us through messenger at the bottom right of your browser with your details and our current catalogue will be mailed to you. Your details provided will be added to our database so you will receive future catalogues.

How can I find the latest deals and offers?

Our home page will always be updated with the latest and greatest Dust N Boots deals & promotions. Or sign up to our newsletter to get them direct to your inbox.

Do I get a deal for buying 4 work shirts?

Yes, the work shirts promotion discount will be applied to all 4 shirts in the checkout. Work shirts are $45ea or when buying 4 or more they are discounted to $38.75ea. Both men’s and ladies styles can be mixed in this deal.

How do I use a promotion code or gift card?

If you have a promotion code or gift card, enter the given code to your order in the Checkout section.

Why won't my promotion code work?

It may have expired, been entered incorrectly or not be valid if your order does not meet the terms and conditions of the promotion. Please contact us by phone or email if you think this is not the case.

Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?

No, unfortunately only one promotion code can be applied to each order.

I forgot to add a promotion code to my order. Can it still be applied?

No, unfortunately promotion codes can only be applied in the Checkout section at time of purchase.

How do I check if a promotion code has been applied to my order?

It will appear in the Checkout section and it will show a discount off the balance of your order.

What are gift cards?

Gift vouchers are a great way to share Dust N Boots with your family and friends. Click here to view and purchase a gift card.

What can I buy with my gift card?

Your gift card can be used to purchase any product on our website.

What are the gift card terms and conditions?

Dust N Boots don’t believe in a 12-month expiry date – our gift cards will never expire.

Postage, Returns & Exchanges

How much is postage?

1 -2 items        $8.00

3 – 4 items      $13.00

5 – 10 items    $18.00

10 – 15 items  $25.00

If part of my order is on backorder do I pay postage twice?

In the event we need to send your order over two deliveries you will only be charged once for postage.

How will my order be delivered?

We post all orders using e-Parcel & Australia Post. Once your order is processed through e-Parcel, a tracking number and link will be emailed to you. This will allow you to follow your orders delivery status once it leaves us.

How long until my order is shipped?

We aim to fulfil and ship all orders by the next business day if full payment has been received. At times of a sale please allow 3 – 5 days for your order to be shipped. Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post we estimate your order to be delivered between 4 – 10 days, please allow longer for overseas orders. How long do I have to return my order for exchange or refund?

Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange your order within 21 days of the date on your invoice. Exchanges will incur additional freighting costs. In order to return your purchase, ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging and is in a resalable condition. For further details see section on Returns & Exchanges.

Embroidery

Can you organise embroidery on our shirts?

Yes, we organise corporate wear for many organisations as well as the individual. We will need your logo supplied in a jpg format in order for us to quote. From 6 shirts to 1000, we can take care of your embroidery needs be it company logos and/or staff name. We have them delivered directly to your door.

How long does it take for an embroidery order?

Please allow 5 – 6 weeks for your embroidery order to arrive at your doorstep. Once your embroidery order has been approved and paid in full we will keep you updated through email about the status of your order.

Samples

We are always happy to send out samples for product assurance with sizing and colours (particularly if we are assisting you with embroidery needs) however due to rising postage costs, postage will be charged on sample shirts. Your credit card will be charged at the full price including postage. Once sample shirts are returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days, your credit card will be refunded at the cost of the shirts excluding postage costs.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Offs

To ensure you don’t miss out on any pre-Christmas deliveries, please check this year’s cut-off dates on our Corporate Wear page. Orders placed after the published cut-off times cannot be guaranteed for delivery, but we will do our best to dispatch all orders in time for Christmas.
