Processing times
- Standard orders: ship within 1-2 business days (Mon–Fri, AEST) from Toowoomba, QLD.
- Embroidery/custom orders: ship after artwork approval. Allow +7-14 business days for embroidery.
- During peak periods or sales, dispatch may take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email or phone.
Delivery options & timeframes
- Australia Post Standard: 2–8 business days to most areas.

Australia Post Express: 1–4 business days to most metro areas.
Delivery timeframes are estimates from the carrier and begin after your order has been dispatched.
Rates & carriers
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, order size and service selected.
- We use Australia Post. From time to time we may use another trusted carrier to meet delivery timeframes.
Tracking
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order leaves our warehouse.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
- If you select ATL, the parcel may be left in a safe place. Risk passes on delivery to the address provided.
- If you prefer a signature, please select the appropriate option (if available) at checkout.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post services.
Split shipments

Orders may ship in separate parcels at no extra charge if items are packed from different locations or at different times. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Pre-orders & restocks

Estimated arrival dates are best estimates and may change due to supplier or carrier delays. We’ll keep you updated if timings move.
Address accuracy & failed delivery
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or non-collection, we can re-ship once the re-delivery fee is paid.
Delays outside our control

Weather events, carrier backlogs, public holidays and remote-area routing can add time in transit. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee carrier delivery times.
Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll open a carrier investigation and sort it quickly. Please keep packaging for assessment.
