Returns & Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love what you've ordered, if not we've made our returns process as easy as possible.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange / store credit / refund within 21 days from the date on your invoice. In order to return your purchase, ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging and is in a re-saleable condition.
Sale items, including styles marked down during a flash sale, cannot be returned for a refund. They can be returned for a store credit or an exchange only.
Return/exchange postage costs are at your expense unless your items are faulty or incorrect. We cannot accept liability for an item until it has been received by us, so please keep a record of your tracking number for proof of delivery. If this is the case, please contact Dust n Boots by email or phone prior to sending your item(s) back to us so we can assist you.
