Returns & Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love what you've ordered, if not we've made our returns process as easy as possible.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange within 21 days of the date on your invoice. Exchanges will incur additional freighting costs. In order to return your purchase, ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging and is in a re-salable condition.
Return postage costs are at your expense unless your items are faulty or incorrect. We cannot accept liability for an item until it has been received by us, so please keep a record of your tracking number for proof of delivery. If this is the case, please contact Dust n Boots by email or phone prior to sending your item(s) back to us so we can assist you.
Where an exchange is required, please include a pre-paid post pack with your return. Or if you are unable to do this your credit card will be charged for the additional freighting costs and any pricing differences.
