Love this shirt,I got a size 14, it's a little big but a 12 is a bit tight.

Nice and lightweight work shirt, definitely a bit nicer than the standard orange/yellow high-vis. Just watch the sizing- my husband normally wears XL, but even the Large was way too big and have had to have it hemmed. Otherwise, very happy with the quality and look.
