1. Overview

This website and store are operated by Dust N Boots. By accessing our site or purchasing from us you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory, or you have consent of a parent/guardian. You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Taxes, shipping and any applicable fees are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time before you place an order.

4. Products, Colours & Sizing

We aim to display product colours and images accurately; actual colours may vary due to screen settings and batch dye variations. Size charts are a guide only; please check measurements before ordering.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (for example, due to availability, suspected fraud, or pricing error). If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you in full for the cancelled items.

6. Bundles, Promotions & Discount Codes

We offer bundle and multi-buy pricing from time to time (e.g., workshirts bundles). Bundle discounts apply when the qualifying items are in the same order and may not be combined with other offers unless stated. If you return part of a bundle, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the items kept and the pricing that then applies. Promotions may change or end without notice.

7. Custom/Embroidery Orders

We offer logo/name embroidery on many products.

  • Artwork & approvals: You are responsible for supplying correct artwork and approvals. We will not proceed until you approve a proof (where provided).

  • Placement & tolerances: Minor variations can occur in thread colour and placement due to fabric and size differences.

  • Returns: Customised/embroidered items can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or required by law.

  • Intellectual property: You warrant you own or have permission to use any logo or artwork you supply and you grant us the right to reproduce it for your order.

8. Availability, Restocks & Pre-Orders

Some styles restock regularly; dates are indicative only. Restock notifications and waitlists do not guarantee availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you to swap, back-order or refund.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide (and internationally where offered). Estimated delivery times and rates are shown at checkout and on our Shipping/FAQ page. Title and risk in goods pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide (or collection by you/your agent). Please check your address carefully.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Goods

Please read our Returns Policy for how to lodge a return or exchange.

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted in accordance with that policy (exclusions apply).

  • Custom/embroidered products are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Your rights under the ACL apply to faulty or misdescribed goods (repair, replacement or refund as applicable).

11. Payments

We use third-party payment providers. By paying, you agree to their terms. Orders may be subject to verification checks. We do not store full card details.

12. User Content & Reviews

If you post reviews or submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in connection with our business. Don’t post unlawful, infringing or offensive content. We may remove content at our discretion.

13. Third-Party Services & Links

We use third-party apps and services (e.g., payments, analytics, reviews). Your use of them may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for third-party sites or services.

14. Errors & Changes

Occasionally there may be errors or omissions (e.g., price, availability). We may correct these and cancel affected orders prior to dispatch with a full refund for the cancelled items.

15. Prohibited Uses

You must not misuse the site, including by introducing malware, scraping, infringing IP, or violating any law.

16. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL. Where we can limit remedies, our liability is limited (at our option) to re-supply or refund of the relevant goods/services.

17. Force Majeure

We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier delays).

18. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see link in site footer). Please review it.

19. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
