Warranty Guide

Some items don't work as expected, but here is some info to make sure your faulty item is dealt with as smoothly as possible.

Quality, along with customer service, is our highest priority.

All Dust N Boots products are covered by our 3 month STANDARD Warranty Policy, subject to normal WEAR & TEAR.

As much as we would like our products to be indestructible, most things wear down over time. 

In most cases, products returned in used condition will be repaired instead of replaced and will not be refunded unless repair is impossible. 

Any items returned outside of the warranty period will incur a charge for the repair.

At anytime, if you feel damage to a garment is due to a manufactures defect, please contact our customer service team for details on how to exchange the product.

Returned products are inspected by our manufacturing team and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose. If the same style and size are not available a substitute replacement of comparable value will be given.
